Booking and Payment
Booking your APT transfer is very easy. Simply contact us by phone, mobile, text or e-mail with your requirements including dates, times and no. of people in your party - or use the Enquiry Form on our Contact Us page - and we will reply with our rate. Once that is agreed we will need just a few more details, such as your flight number, ship name if meeting you from a cruise, any special requirements, etc. A note of number of the mobile phone that you will have with you is also required. We will then normally confirm with an e-mail, text or send a hard copy confirmation by post. Close to the time of your transfer we will advise you of the name and mobile phone no. of your driver.
Payment - for your convenience we have several payment methods. Cash remains very popular. We accept cheques from UK banks and BACS payments. And we will soon have an on-line payment facility to enable payment by credit and debit cards. Payment by cash and cheque is required in full no later than the first day of travel. BACS payments are required beforehand. All payments must be in GBP sterling - we do not accept Euros, Dollars or other currencies.
Accounts - we are always happy to discuss accounts, payment on invoice and similar facilities for regular clients. Please don't hesitate to contact us to discuss how we can help you or your company in this respect. However payment in this way is still expected promptly and extended periods between travel and payment will not be agreed by APT.
